1. General Conditions

By visiting our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices, products, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Products and Services

All items listed on CardFatherLive.com are subject to availability. Certain products — including live break spots, repacks, and limited-run items — are offered in limited quantities and may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any order that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory or pricing errors.

3. Payment and Billing

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout. We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments and other approved processors. Providing false, stolen, or fraudulent payment information may result in order cancellation and reporting to authorities.

4. Live Breaks

Purchasing a spot in a live break constitutes agreement to the break format and schedule described in the product listing. All live break sales are final. Once a spot has been purchased, no refunds or exchanges will be issued, regardless of the cards revealed during the live stream.

Each break listing clearly defines the teams, divisions, or players associated with your purchase. All participants receive the physical cards corresponding to their purchased spot. No raffles, gambling, or games of chance take place on our platform.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We process and ship orders promptly using USPS or UPS. Once tracking is provided, CardFather Sports Cards is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or theft after confirmed delivery. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products, and break spots, no returns or refunds are accepted after purchase. Exceptions apply only to items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure product details, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel affected orders, even after an order has been submitted.
